I've a 2002 Audi A3 1.8T Sport. The engine doesn't have a cover but I'd like one as I think it enhances the look of the engine bay. According to the Pics in the Haynes manual this engine/model combination doesn't have one. I've seen pics though of other 1.8T's with covers. Can I get a cover from somewhere that would fit? hopefully without VW emblazed on it.

I've got a spare one from my Ibiza but I dont think it would fit yours....think the Leon Cupra / R one might though!

Is this one (http://www.awesome-gti.co.uk/store/product.php?xProd=7741&xSec=382) any good for you? I'm guessing the 1.8T Sport was the 150bhp version of the engine.

Update - the A3 went in to the Penreath Audi at Menai Bridge yesterday for an MOT and new rear wiper motor and I asked about the engine cover. I do like the carbon fibre one in the link above but £130 is a bit steep for me at the Mo. Audi genuine article is £53.50+VAT and it arrives tomorrow with TURBO V5 emblazoned across it. So thanks all for the help and suggestions and I'll end this thread shortly with a pic of it in place.
Cheers.

Thanks for the posts, I've picked up the Audi part and it looks good.
As promised, a pic of the cover in place to end the thread.
