The Twintake induction kit ( Golf 5 FSi version shown) has shown improvements of up tp 17hp in our tests, when compared to the original air box/ filter system. All the parts required are included in the Kit. This kit is available in Black only with Black hoses.

The Twintake system is currently available for the 2.0 litre only versions of the VW MK5 Golf FSi, TSi and Edition 30, Scirocco TSi. Our kit for the SEAT Leon Cupra is not currently available. We hope to have these available soon. In order that we supply the correct version of our Twintake system , please select your vehicle in the options below

For reference, the MK5 Golf :

- FSi is BPY engines 2005 - 2008,

- TFsi / TSi is CCTA CBFA 2008 onwards ( may depend on geographic location)

Twintercooler for Scirocco 1.4 TFSi

The latest VW Scirocco with the 1.4 TSI petrol engine is now catered for with our market leading 'Twintercooler' - a design that runs our front mounted intercooler in parallel with the existing stock intercooler for amazing cooling power.

This Twintercooler gave a significant drop in intake temperature especially on our chipped development car. On an independant rolling road with this intercooler fitted we had recovered 10 bhp over the OEM intercooler installation, and in combination with our Forge intake we were 17 bhp up on the pre-intallation run.

my mate has a mk2 leon 1.9 tdi hes after a front mount for it are they makin one for that engine or will the 2.0 one fit

Twintercooler for MK6 Golf 2 litre Turbo

Forge are pleased to present the "TWINtercooler" for the Golf MK6 2 litre.

This intercooler is based on our proven design which adds greater efficiency throughout the entire RPM band beyond that of a single intercooler setup, We have achieved this by using the latest core technology with high flow end tank designs to achieve a huge reduction in inlet temperatures. This is a bolt-on kit that retains the use of the OEM intercooler to produce both horsepower AND torque, but more importantly, a HUGE reduction in inlet temperatures and increased flow efficiency. A reduction in temps of up to a peak of 19 degrees Fahrenheit at 6500 RPM!

This kit includes all the necesary silicone hoses, clamps and mounting brackets that are required.
